The Recipe:

Melt butter and olive oil in a stock pot. Add onions and stir frequently on a medium heat, add salt and thyme. Continue stirring the onions until they browned and reduced significantly. Add flour and wine, stir until evaporates. Stirring is very big in this recipe. Pour in some broth/stock, wait until reduced and add the rest of the broth/stock Meanwhile heat oven to 380F Shred some cheese and slice baguette As you see the soup getting thick enough transfer it to oven bowls Put a slice of baguette on top of the soup and sprinkle with cheese Broil for 10 minutes I use thyme for presentation at serving.

Sweet onion 3 large pcs, Beef broth 27oz/800ml, White wine 4oz/120 ml, Olive oil 2 tbsp, Butter 1tbsp, Flour 2tbsp, Thyme 3-4 springs, Gruyere (or parmesan) cheese 5oz/150g, Dash of salt

Best tuna tartare recipe: raw tuna tartare is an amazing and very simple dish to make. I cook fresh ahi tuna tartare very often and everyone in love with it! People can also call it tuna tower.

The Recipe:

Take a tuna and dry it with a paper towel. It can be bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna or ahi tuna. If it was frozen apply extra effort to dry the piece. Chop it to make small cubes leaving out the veins. Add soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, black pepper, lime juice and chopped chives. Cover tuna with a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 10 – 15 minutes. Chop avocado to make cubes. Add chopped to small pieces red onion and cilantro. Add salt. Before serving slice it on mandoline slicer dish. To decorate the dish I used a pastry ring. Lay out first layer with avocado and second layer with tuna. Lay out the top layer with radish and sprinkle some pepper. Drops of sauce can be also used to decorate. I usually cook everything with medium or mild pungency. If you don’t eat spicy food you can add a small amount of sauce.

The Recipe:

Begin by slicing the strawberries. Remove the stem and leaves. Next, destem the tomatoes and make cross cuts about 1/4in apart to ep for peeling. Optionally, to make the peeling process easier, you can dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 15 seconds and then chill immediately under cold water. Finally, slice the peeled tomatoes.Chop the mint leaves. Add the balsamic glaze, lime juice, and salt. Garnish your dish with the mint leaves just prior to serving. Enjoy!

Special thanksgiving turkey recipe 2018 – for the best thanksgiving dinner

How to cook best tender thanksgiving turkey with oranges.

I love family holidays! A time when families gather at the dining table and wait for your culinary masterpieces. It’s time to surprise your close ones. I have been experimenting trying various turkey recipes for a while, and finally I have created my own special thanksgiving turkey recipe that meets my expectations. The meat turns out tender, juicy and flavorful, a turkey covered with a crispy golden color looking very festive.

The Recipe:

If you are using a frozen turkey, keep refrigerated in a container for two days. If you need to thaw it faster keep refrigerated overnight and one day at room temperature. Keep turkey at room temperature for 40 minutes before cooking (when just out of a refrigerator) Separate skin from meat at turkey breast with your hand to let marinade absorb better. Pierce meat all over with skewer. Keep edges of skin untouched. Place turkey inside big roasting bag (I use turkey roasting bag) and then place into a big deep container. Marinade recipe Mix together wheat beer, soy sauce, orange juice. Lift the turkey bag and pour the marinade over it and close the bag. Keep refrigerated for 24 hours. Try turning turkey over every 6 hours (12h should do it too) After 24 hour refrigeration Toss/pour the marinade and dry the turkey with paper towels. Place turkey inside a baking dish. Peel two large oranges, cover them with cardamom and place inside the turkey. Cover your turkey with foil.

The general rules:

-Heat the oven to 420F to preheat and then drop the temperature to 370°F when putting the turkey into the oven – Plan on 15 minutes of cooking time for every pound of turkey -The turkey is done when it registers a minimum of 165° in the thickest part of the thigh -Rest the turkey for 15-20 minutes before carving -Uncover the turkey in 45 minutes before it’s done and spread butter all over it -A tip in case turkey is not crispy enough mix 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp soy sauce and bake 10 additional minutes. Decorate with orange and greens of your choice Your turkey is ready!

Whole roasted chicken recipe with vegetables and honey mustard marinade | how to roast a chicken

Hello! This is my signature roasted chicken recipe.

I’ll show you how to make the best roasted chicken! The chicken turns out tender and very tasty. While roasting chicken produces juice that can be used as a sauce. This dish is perfect for family dinner, friends gathering oe even Christmas time. This is complete roast chicken dinner with side of potatoes and carrots.

 

How to make roasted chicken:

Mix honey, dijon mustard, soft butter, soy sauce and grated garlic. To make butter softer just put it in a microwave for 12 – 15 second. Add butter to the mix. Your sauce is done!

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a whole chicken into a deep roasting pan and pat dry with paper towels. Make a few cuts on the breast area. Pour the premade sauce on chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 80 minutes. Take chicken out of the oven and let it breathe for 10 min. Serve later using chicken juices as a sauce.

 

Roasted chicken recipe ingredients:

Chicken – 4 LB

Honey – 3 tbls

Dijon  mustard – 3 tbls

Butter( room temperature) – 3 tbls

Soy Sauce- 3 tsp

Garlic- 2 cloves

 

Best roasted chicken side:

This is one of my favorite basic side options. It also goes well with many other main courses such as meat, fish and poultry. All you need is baby potatoes, carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit . Clean carrots and if possible keep the small green part for design later. Mix carrots and baby potatoes. Add thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the mix evenly on a large roasting pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

 

Roasted chicken side ingredients:

 

Carrots – 12 pсs

Baby potatoes- 18 pcs

Thyme – 6 fresh springs

Olive oil – 2 tblsp

Pink salt – 1/2 tsp

*The main secret is not to use jalapeño and use Tabasco instead.

How to Make Guacamole:

Making guacamole at home is a very simple process witch only takes a few minutes of time, and a few simple steps to make it from scratch.

Take ripe and semi-soft avocados, not very soft because you don’t want mashed guacamole.

– Use spoon to clean avocados.

– Cut tomatoes, onions, cilantro.

– Add lime juice, several drops of Tabasco, salt and pepper.

– Mix all ingredients together. You don’t want to stir it constantly, because it can become too soft. Only mix all ingredients it the end.

This quick and easy guacamole recipe will take you less than 5 minutes to make.
